Boutique Design Events and Trade Fairs

Clique Hospitality is bringing its Serẽa restaurant concept to San Diego’s Hotel del Coronado (The Del). This summer, the sea-to-table eatery will replace 1500 Ocean that has been in place for 13 years.

The restaurant’s seafood will be sourced from a variety of local and regional purveyors including Tuna Harbor Dockside Market, Catalina Offshore Products, Los Angeles-based Superior Seafoods and Baja California’s Pacifico Aquaculture. San Diego native and Clique Hospitality executive chef and partner JoJo Ruiz will be at the helm of the F&B outlet.

The space is the first of several dining options at The Del that will undergo a transformation over the next three years.
