Hard Rock Intl. is entering the select-service space with its new collection of modern, music-centric hotels, Reverb by Hard Rock. The flag, which was first unveiled in June of last year, plans to debut its first hotel in 2020 in downtown Atlanta’s Castleberry Hills neighborhood.
With architecture designed by Gensler, the 200-room property will feature fan-inspired artwork in its guestrooms. In addition to standard king and double queen rooms, the Roadie Room will include six queen bunk beds.
The hotel will house public spaces to socialize, such as the Constant Grind Coffee and Bar, a coffee spot in the morning and a wine bar at night. The rooftop bar will add another place for guests to grab a drink. The property will also host live music performances. A coworking space called MEET and an additional multifunctional work-out space will round out the offerings.
The new property will be developed and managed by Atlanta-based companies Bolton Atlanta LP and Hotel Equities (HE). Other project participants include general contractor Batson-Cook and consultant Horwath HTL.
