AccorHotels and Dubai-based developer Nakheel have teamed to unveil plans for PALM360, a two-tower development that will be home to the Raffles The Palm Dubai Hotel and Raffles Residences PALM360. The resort, whose towers will rise 850 ft., is slated to open in 2021 on Palm Jumeirah.

The complex will house 125 Raffles hotel rooms and suites, along with 359 branded residences, including 16 penthouses, each with its own private infinity pool, gym and cinema. Its towers will be connected by a 500-ft.-long sky pool situated 560 ft. above the ground. On-site F&B offerings will include two rooftop restaurants, a specialty restaurant and a lobby lounge.

Information on the design team for the project was not immediately available.
