Crocini Named VP of F&B at Hilton
New role created to oversee F&B for luxury brands
Hilton has created a new role at its headquarters, appointing Adam Crocini as the first-ever vice president, Food & Beverage, Luxury & Lifestyle Group. In this role, Crocini will serve as the chief strategist and leader for all matters related to food and beverage initiatives for Waldorf Astoria Hotels & Resorts, LXR Hotels & Resorts, Conrad Hotels & Resorts and Canopy by Hilton.
Crocini comes with more than 20 years of experience in the development, opening and operating of hotels, restaurants, nightclubs and integrated resorts. He joins Hilton from Capella Hotels and Resorts in Singapore. In his most recent role, Crocini oversaw the operations and strategic planning for concepts and programming related to restaurants, bars, spa/wellness and rooms for new properties opening in Bangkok, Sydney, Sanya, Ubud and Male.
Throughout his career, Crocini has held positions at Marina Bay Sands Integrated Resort and Casino, Wolfgang Puck Fine Dining Group, The TAO Group and Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts.
