Halstatt Real Estate Partners, a real estate private equity firm, has opened its newest project, Palihouse Miami Beach. The hotel, located in Miami Beach’s Faena District, was repurposed in partnership with local development firms Scott Robins Companies and RB Green Companies as well as L.A.-based boutique hotel operator Palisociety.
Originally the Greenbrier Hotel, established in the 1940s, Palihouse Miami Beach is located on the Indian Creek Waterway in a newly restored art deco building. The hotel features 71 guestrooms and studios, with a mix of king and queen accommodations, most with kitchenettes, that have been redesigned and renovated into an eclectic mix of contemporary and vintage spaces and furnishings with an eastern seaboard meets boho-Mediterranean inspired design aesthetic.
Within the property is Greenbrier Swim & Social, a collection of all-day food and drink gathering spots including a creek-front patio, lobby lounge, liquor bar and outdoor pool area.
