Hyatt Centric to Debut in LA
Hotel to be part of mixed-used development
Los Angeles’ Koreatown will debut a Hyatt Centric, set to open in mid-2020. LARGE Architecture and Hirsch Bedner Associates will partner with developer Leo Lee on the 192-room, 21-story hotel’s construction and design. HBA DNA will handle the branding.
The project will also feature 122 condominium units and 14,500 sq. ft. of commercial and retail space on the ground and second floors. This development will help the city meet its goals of building 100,000 new housing units and 10,000 new hotel rooms to accommodate tourists and business travelers.
