Hyatt Centric Opens in Dublin

MOLA leads design

Boutique Design

The 234-room Hyatt Centric The Liberties Dublin is the first Hyatt-branded hotel in Ireland, managed by Hodson Bay Group. MOLA Architecture completed the design.

Located in The Liberties, one of Dublin’s most historic areas which dates back to the 10th century, the hotel offers history in its design. Artifacts that were unearthed on the hotel’s site during construction, some of which are up to 900 years old, are on display and embedded throughout the hotel.

Two dining outlets round out the project, with menus curated by Hodson Bay’s executive chef, Gavin O’Rourke. The signature Liberties Gate Restaurant provides fresh, locally inspired cuisines. The Liberties Gate Bar features a selection of whiskey from numerous local distilleries and Guinness straight from the Guinness Storehouse at St James’ Gate. The hotel also includes 4,000 sq. ft. of meeting space and a 24-hour fitness center.
