The 38-room Hotel Concord in New Hampshire, operated by Bravo Zulu Hospitality Group and designed by ZDS, incorporates locally sourced materials throughout its interiors to bring the lifestyle property to life.

The hotel is located in Concord’s Capital Commons, a six-story mixed-use building overlooking the Merrimack River, and guestrooms comprise the fourth and sixth floors, with a portion of the lower floors housing the lobby and fitness center.

Guestroom design features custom paneling, wood floors, granite window sills and modern artwork. Rooms are different shapes and sizes and offer high ceilings and massive windows that let in an abundance of natural light. A collection of historic photographs that reference the Granite State’s role in the nation’s politics are laden throughout the guestrooms and public areas.

Food and beverage options include the hotel’s lobby bar, The Lobbyist, as well as O Steaks & Seafood, which oversees F&B operations at the hotel. The hotel’s lobby, dining spaces and 21 of the guestrooms are currently open for business. The additional 17 rooms will open in January.
