The Del Updates F&B
Hotel del Coronado to transform several dining options over next three years
Clique Hospitality is bringing its Serẽa restaurant concept to San Diego’s Hotel del Coronado (The Del). This summer, the sea-to-table eatery will replace 1500 Ocean that has been in place for 13 years.
The restaurant's seafood will be sourced from a variety of local and regional purveyors including Tuna Harbor Dockside Market, Catalina Offshore Products, Los Angeles-based Superior Seafoods and Baja California's Pacifico Aquaculture. San Diego native and Clique Hospitality executive chef and partner JoJo Ruiz will be at the helm of the F&B outlet.
The space is the first of several dining options at The Del that will undergo a transformation over the next three years.
