Caesars Plans Non-Gaming Hotel
Caesars Republic Scottsdale breaks ground this year
Caesars Republic Scottsdale will be Caesars Entertainment Corp.'s first non-gaming hotel in the U.S. Located adjacent to Scottsdale Fashion Square, the 4-star property will be developed by HCW Development and operated by Aimbridge Hospitality. Caesars Entertainment will license its brand and advise on the project's design.
The 11-story, 266-room hotel, which will break ground in the second half of this year, will feature interiors showcasing rich textures with juxtaposing architecture of soft curves and bold accents. The seventh floor will encompass a rooftop pool and bar, with an adjacent fitness center.
The property will be home to a first-floor bar, signature restaurant, coffee shop and a grab-and-go outlet. Five breakout rooms on the second floor can accommodate up to 200 people. A 7,000-sq.-ft. column-free ballroom with 34-ft. sliding glass doors that lead out to the lawn will accommodate 500 to 600 guests.
No two hotels in the Caesars Republic brand will be alike, from design to F&B options. Each of the non-gaming hotels will draw design and offering inspiration from the local community. Additionally, last year Caesars announced plans to develop a non-gaming Caesars Palace resort along the coast of Puerto Los Cabos, Mexico.
