CADILLAC HOTEL COMPLETES REFRESH
357-room Art Deco hotel stays true to its historic look
Hersha Hospitality Trust has completed a multimillion-dollar renovation of Miami Beach’s Cadillac Hotel & Beach Club, an Autograph Collection hotel, designed by New York-based interior design firm Bill Rooney Studio.
The 357-room luxury hotel is recognized as one of the city’s historic Art Deco properties, and the new design is inspired by the 1940s Italian and French Rivieras while staying true to its original aesthetic. Guestrooms are clad with white stone floors with Art Deco flair. Subtle gold and smoky blue accent the room via area rugs, furniture, and fixtures. The Cadillac Suite offers views of the Atlantic Ocean and offers a massive 1,100 sq. ft. outdoor terrace.
The lobby features the building’s original terrazzo floors. A wraparound mezzanine balcony and lush greenery overlook the check-in and lounge area of the space. The hotel’s boutique shop is located at the property’s entrance. Two on-property restaurants, Donna Mare Trattoria and Bungalow by the Sea, and a lobby bar complete the experience. Indoor and outdoor meeting spaces are also available for groups.
