BEST WESTERN ADDS TWO BRANDS
Conversion brands will offer design elements that integrate local flair
Best Western Hotels & Resorts’ two new boutique conversion brands, upscale Sadie Hotel and upper-midscale Aiden Hotel, will offer hoteliers design flexibility, according to the brand company.
Each brand will have a multifunctional public area with a café or bar, seating and a mobile check-in option. Public spaces will feature the brands’ signature vibrant colors, while each property will integrate some local design aesthetics.
“Both Sadie Hotel and Aiden Hotel present the opportunity for independent hoteliers or developers with branded hotels to reposition their property in a unique way, taking advantage of our cost-effective, turnkey and customized design and renovation program,” says David Kong, president and ceo at Best Western.
The launch of the pair increases Best Western’s portfolio to 13 brands. The brand company is also undergoing a $2 billion refresh.
