AVANI Plans Third Dubai Locale
AECOM to design newbuild tower’s 527 residences and serviced apartments
AVANI Hotels & Resorts has unveiled plans to bring its branded residences to Dubai in 2020. The Minor Hotels flag recently signed its third hotel in the city, which is being developed by ALFAHIM, a UAE-based conglomerate, and will represent the launch of AVANI’s serviced apartments and private residences in the region. Los Angeles-based multidisciplinary firm AECOM will spearhead the design of the tower’s 527 keys.
The property will be comprised of 263 residences and 264 serviced apartments. The residences will be a mix of one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom units, while the serviced apartments will range from studios to three-bedroom accommodations. Both the branded residences and the hotel suites will feature floor-to-ceiling windows and private terraces overlooking The Palm or the city.

Ahmed Abdul Jalil Al Fahim, chairman of ALFAHIM, adds: “Our wealth of experience in property development and premium hospitality combined with AVANI’s signature interiors and deluxe service will give this unique property a distinctive edge. We’re confident this development will be the pinnacle of upscale living spaces that’s meticulously planned to fit the high demands of the market.”
