The Lytle Park Hotel, part of Marriott’s Autograph Collection, has officially opened its doors in downtown Cincinnati. The project is a collaboration between two historic buildings and the Lytle Park just outside its doors.
San Francisco-based design firm Forrest Perkins spearheaded the design and the joining of the two distinct buildings to create the 106-room hotel. The grand atrium weaves the adjacent Lytle Park into its design and atmosphere, paying homage to the building’s classic architecture and park setting. Guests enter the light-filled lobby where they are greeted by expansive greenery and a vaulted glass ceiling.
Guestrooms also nod to the nature and the adjacent park. The use of warm wood tones is inspired by trees, while accents of vibrant and soft blue tones offer a nurturing contrast to encourage relaxation. Elegant finishes with natural stone and burnished metals provide an upscale yet residential feel.
