Lennox Hotels has opened the Lennox Hotel Miami Beach, marking the hotelier’s entrance into the United States. Argentinean interior designer Juan Ciavarella led the design for the hotel.
The adaptive reuse hotel is located in what was once the Peter Miller Hotel built in 1936. The original art deco façade was preserved as well as the terrazzo floor and archways. Each of the 119 guestrooms features green, upcycled materials. The look is rounded out with soft neutral tones and textiles. At the center of the property’s four interconnected buildings is a Mediterranean-style courtyard that features a swimming pool and bar offering al fresco dining and cocktails.
