Boutique Design Events and Trade Fairs

Set to open in April 2019, the JW Marriott Venice Resort & Spa’s existing fine-dining restaurant will be reinvented as Fiola at Dopolavoro Venezia. The renovated venue will feature a sophisticated ambiance coupled with architectural details that date back to the 1920s. Award-winning chef and restaurateur Fabio Trabocchi is taking over the operations at the new concept.

Nestled inside the hotel, Fiola at Dopolavoro Venezia will incorporate culinary highlights from the menu of Trabocchi’s existing Michelin-starred restaurant Fiola DC. The outlet will feature dishes that combine seasonal ingredients locally sourced from Venice’s Rialto Market and the Adriatic Sea, as well as vegetables and exclusive olive oil from the private island’s vegetable garden and olive grove. The menu will change daily.
