Samuel Creations, a Dubai-based architecture and interior design firm, led the design for the newly opened Hyatt House Jeddah Sari Street in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, marking the brand’s debut in the Middle Eastern market.
The 102-room hotel was developed in collaboration with Abdulelah Mohammed Ali Maghrabi Commercial Est. The property also features a restaurant, fitness center, game room, three floors of parking and prayer rooms.
The opening of the hotel is a step toward increasing Hyatt’s brand footprint in the extended-stay segment and growing Hyatt’s brand presence in the Middle East with offerings in key locations and gateway cities, according to the Chicago-based hotelier.
