Hirsch Bedner Associates (HBA) is designing a new two-tower development in Bellevue, Washington, with Fortress Development and in partnership with Seattle-based Weber Thompson. Avenue Bellevue will include 332 homes as well as the Pacific Northwest’s first InterContinental Hotel.
Plans for the hotel include 252 guestrooms and 85,000 sq. ft. of retail and restaurant space. The Asian Fusion restaurant will be highlighted by a vibrant color palette balanced by a mixing of materials. Luxury materials will be provided from such manufacturers as Ernestomeda, Antoniolupi, Gaggenau and Gessi.
Construction will begin in mid-2019.
