Spanish hotel group Hipotels is launching new all-inclusive, adults-only luxury boutique brand Haven Resorts & Spas. Its debut property, the 333-suite Haven Riviera Cancun Resort & Spa, is scheduled to open in October.
The resort is located on 250 private acres of flourishing tropical landscape. The property was designed horizontally in order to take full advantage of the ocean views in both suites and public spaces. The resort will include fifteen food and beverage outlets, including an authentic Mexican restaurant, an Asian Fusion dining option, a Mediterranean eatery, a casual grill and a grab-and-go marketplace. Nine bars and two snack bars round out the F&B program.
A stand-out design feature of the resort will be the 88 swim-out suites to the beach and the 71,000 sq. ft. of pool surface space. Suites use warm colors—such as soft greens, yellows and blues—with rich fabrics to surround guests with a contemporary Mexican design. Many suites, which range in size from 452 sq. ft. to 524 sq. ft., also have views of the Caribbean Sea and tropical landscapes. King-size beds can be found in every room, and some suites are completed with a private terrace. A fitness area and 15,700 sq. ft. wellness spa complete the property’s offers.
The brand’s parent company Hipotels is a family-owned Spanish hotel collection. Hipotels fully owns and operates 29 hotels with nearly 13,000 guest rooms, located exclusively in the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands and Andalusia.
