Yabu Pushelburg, who was featured on the November cover of Boutique Design magazine, is creating the 230-key hotel’s interiors, while Dallas-based HKS Architects and Studio u+a—a multidisciplinary firm with offices in Bengaluru and Haryana, India, as well as studios in New York and London—are designing the architecture.

Plans for the hotel include three dining outlets, a lobby lounge and bar and an Asian brasserie and bar, which will be designed by LW Design Group. Guests and residents will also have access to a spa and salon, a fitness center and meeting and event spaces. Landscape architects P Landscape (PLA) of Bangkok will create an outdoor space featuring a pool and waterfall, a butterfly garden and a ribbon lawn between the complex’s north and south towers.

Overall, the development consists of three new buildings. The hotel is planned for the south tower, and the 105 private residences will occupy the upper floors of that building, as well as all 30 floors of the north tower. (The third building is home to office and retail space.)

The property will mark the brand’s second hotel in India, joining Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai.

“India is an incredibly important market for us at Four Seasons, and we’ve been looking for the right opportunity to expand our presence here,” says J. Allen Smith, president and ceo, Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. “This project is the perfect opportunity to do so, in an ideal location and with our visionary partners at Embassy Group, who are deeply involved and committed to the evolution of this city.”
