The 87-room, new-build avid hotel Oklahoma City-Quail Springs from owner-operator Champion Hotels and InterContinental Hotels Group balances the basics with a high-quality, yet affordable feel.

The hotel, which is the first for the brand launched last year, is aimed at business and leisure travelers alike. During the development process, IHG garnered feedback from the brand’s target guests to determine the make-up of the hotel’s design and offerings. What resulted was a guestroom focused on a high-quality sleep experience that juxtaposes bright colors against muted grays, and black-out shades over windows.

Grab-and-go breakfast available in the lobby, a coffee shop, a 24-hour fitness center and an outdoor saltwater pool round out the property.

Over the next three to five years, 130 more hotels will open for this mid-scale brand, according to IHG.
