The 33-room El Llorenç Parc de la Mar, designed by architect Pedro Rabassa and interior designer Magnus Ehrland, blends classic lines and nods to stylistic traditions of Old World Spanish, Moorish, and Arabic aesthetics. The hotel is located in Palma, on the Spanish island of Mallorca.

In the lobby,Santanyi stone columns, intarsia parquet flooring, and Venetian plaster walls sit alongside custom walnut moldings. Patterned floors that emulate traditional Arabic star motifs run throughout the guestrooms and public spaces, juxtaposed with the hotel’s trove of contemporary artwork and vintage black-and-white photography.

The property’s restaurant DINS Santi Taura (shown), spearheaded by Mallorcan chef Santi Taura, is dominated by an open kitchen and features a semi-circular dining bar for 12 guests, and tables to accommodate a further 28 patrons.

The hotel is topped off with a three-tiered rooftop terrace, home to a cocktail bar and a dining area overseen by Chef Taura, as well as an infinity pool. The project also includes a wellness studio, Arab baths, a 14-meter thermal pool, and a fitness center.
