Charleston, South Carolina’s new Wild Common is a restaurant concept by luxury hospitality company Easton Porter Group, whose portfolio also includes Cannon Green, where Wild Common is housed; Zero George Hotel; and Zero Restaurant + Bar. The concept is inspired by D.H. Lawrence’s poem of the same name that celebrates “all that is right, all that is good.”
Set in the city’s Cannonborough-Elliotborough neighborhood, executive chef Orlando Pagán oversees the open format kitchen in collaboration with Easton Porter Group’s culinary director, Vinson Petrillo. Wild Common’s bi-level layout features contemporary design balanced with natural light, lush greenery, curated artworks and a projection wall showcasing images inspired by the wild.Guests can enjoy craft cocktails, local food, and a five-course chef’s table tasting menu.
