Global design firm WATG has promoted Janice Li to associate vice president at its Honolulu office. Li first joined WATG in 2005, and contributed to several of the firm’s award-winning projects, including the Shangri-La Maldives, a five-star villa resort; and the Mandarin Oriental in Taiwan.
“We are thrilled to welcome Janice back and see her elevated to associate vice president,” says Robert Payan, WATG senior vice president. “Her comprehensive full-service design expertise, excellent leadership skills and ability to build lasting client relationships makes her an invaluable member of the team.”
With more than 18 years of architecture experience, Li is LEED accredited and served on the board of the Honolulu chapter of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) from 2009-2010.
