Kavitha Marudadu has been promoted to associate principal at DMAC Architecture. In this new role, Marudadu will spearhead projects under the guidance of Dwayne MacEwen, principal and creative director, while providing design and services.

Marudadu was previously project architect at the firm. Over the past 10 years, she has worked on projects such as Midtown Athletic Club and Hotel in Chicago, involved in all aspects of its design and management, including the master plans for the 55-room hotel and its 250,000-sq.-ft., six-story wellness club. Other notable projects include 900 Shops in Chicago, Rivers Casino - Banquet in Pittsburgh and High Limit Lounge in Pittsburgh.
