Fairmont Hotels & Resorts has hired Jennifer Fox as president. Fox, who has 25 years of experience in hotel operations, brand development, marketing/sales and hotel transitions, most recently served as InterContinental Hotels Group’s chief operating officer of managed operations for Europe.
Fox succeeds Chris Cahill, who will focus on his duties as chief operating officer for the hotel group’s parent company, Fairmont Raffles Hotels International. Cahill says Fox “will help enhance Fairmont's position as a global leader in the luxury hotel market.”
Fairmont Hotels & Resorts is made up of more than 60 hotels around the world including London's The Savoy, New York's The Plaza and Shanghai's Fairmont Peace Hotel.
