Hotel features brand’s new design concept
AccorHotels’ upscale Pullman flag has debuted its new design and branding concept in Bangkok. Locally based Architects 49 has redesigned spaces within the Pullman Bangkok King Power hotel to reflect the brand’s new standard, including all of the hotel’s 354 guest rooms, five restaurants and bars, and 20 function rooms.

The new concept—dubbed “Our World Is Your Playground”—was developed to target mobile, hyper-connected global nomads and emphasizes efficiency and wellness, project participants say.
Revamped rooms, including 18 new deluxe accommodations with balconies, feature USB charging ports and bathrooms with rain showers and tubs. In addition, the hotel has introduced Cuisine Unplugged, a restaurant focused on green and organic ingredients, as well as the GLEN BAR, a Thai mezzanine-level venue.

“The renovation of the hotel presented an unprecedented challenge but the result is simply stunning,” says the hotel’s general manager, Marc Begassat. “It is our belief that the new ‘Our World Is Your Playground’ concept will transform the hospitality industry in Bangkok, the world's top tourist destination. We are proud to be the world's first Pullman and the first AccorHotels property bringing this concept to Asia.”
