B ouchon Beverly Hills has been completed with Adam Tihany at the design helm, marking his 8th collaboration with Chef Thomas Keller.

Tihany echoed Keller’s traditional bistro with design elements that masterfully created a contemporary yet intimate space, incorporating antiques and a decidedly French touch ─ inspired by the original bouchon ─ a Lyon-esque café that has existed for centuries.

The bouchon touches include a hand-painted fascia mural by French artist Paulin Paris, a pewter bar, a hand-painted mosaic floor of vibrant tiles as well as Tihany’s McGuire Grand Café Collection Dining Chairs.

While the Bouchon Beverly Hills seats more than 225 guests, the restaurant is arranged with etched glass dividers and banquets creating a highly intimate atmosphere complete with an outdoor patio for relishing the warmer months.

The additional collaborations between Keller and Tihany include: The French Laundry, Per Se, Bouchon and Bouchon Bakery in New York, Bouchon and Bouchon Bakery in Napa Valley, and Bouchon at the Venetian.
